Private Workshops:

The fee for the two half-day private stress management workshop is:

$95 per session

$170 for the full workshop (2 half-day sessions)

When booking in conjunction with the stress management workshop an individual stress management counselling session can be purchased for an additional discounted fee of $75 per session. Private sessions are 55 minutes.
