In this one-day workshop, participants will learn to:

stress levels in your life

stress log to identify stressors and create a plan
to reduce or eliminate them
The stress management workshop is a one-day workshop
of approximately 6 hours from 9am to 4pm.
In this workshop, participants will learn proven stress
management techniques and practice them in a
supportive class environment. Self-assessment tests are
used to assess participants’ current stressors, stress levels
and whether they have a personality that is more prone
to stress.
